Betty’s Ballet, Townsend Tappers, Yoga, Armchair-a-cise and Dance Fit 50+ are all 60 minute classes at £20 per 4 week block.
Dance Fit 16+ is a 45 minute class at £16 per 4 week block
Invoices are sent in advance of the start of the block and payment is due on the first class of that block. Payments can be made via bank transfer, details of which will be sent on your invoice.
What to wear
Please wear whatever you are comfortable in so long as it is suitable for exercising in.
